Yoga Alliance approved The Fundamentals of Cihangir Yoga Training lead by Cihangir Yoga’s co-partner Zeyneb Uras, experienced instructor Naz Şarman and Cihangir Yoga family’s Ankara member Barış İşcan, is designed to get you started as a yoga instructor and deepen your practice. Cihangir Yoga offers extensive support to its yoga students throughout their journey of becoming a yoga instructor with its experienced specialists and extensive training programs.
In this program, hatha yoga poses and variations will be taught in the most enhanced and detailed way. Students will learn hatha yoga asanas, methods of practice and instructing along with supportive breathing and meditation techniques. After completing the program you will be obtaining internationally accepted Yoga Alliance 200 RYT certification and will be able to give basic level yoga sessions. Since the 180 of this 200 hours include one-to-one meeting with the instructors, program participants will be able to receive full support in all aspects and find the necessary confidence and inspiration for the transformation in their lives.
Fundamentals of Cihangir Yoga is known as the most important 200 Hour Program in Turkey.
(We highly recommend attending minimum 20 practice sessions at Cihangir Yoga studios to get the most out of this Program. Since the priority of this Program is to learn to give studio sessions, it would be highly beneficial to experience some of the sessions that Cihangir Yoga is providing with its tens of instructors. This will help you to bring into practice what you have been learning in the program. This 20 sessions or any membership at Cihangir Yoga studios is not part of the training price. The aim of the Program:
In this 200 hours fundamental Program, hatha yoga poses and variations will be explained in the most enhanced and detailed way.
Methods of practicing poses and instructing someone else will be described in details with supportive breathing and meditative techniques.
Attendees will internalize yoga, master the knowledge of anatomy and they will gain confident, strong, open, sensitive and creative skills to instruct others. They will learn how to explain yoga by heart, understanding and in full awareness through the theoretical and practical parts of the training which go hand in hand and supporting each other.
