Aria and Gus will be our guests at Cihangir Yoga with their high energy as well as their fun and powerful practice. Anyone who wants to develop his yoga practice and acquire a new and practical approach towards the supposedly challenging poses is welcome in these two powerful workshops.

All you need to say is: I CAN DO IT!

Program Details: 

Warrior Flow (2-2.5hrs)
Join Aria and Gus  for a beautiful strong practice that reflects the movements of there own physical practice and personality. This warrior class will build up foundational strength, boost your confidence and teach you how to progress quickly into postures that you never thought possible. We will combine a series of flexibility-focused postures to help us move into challenging inversions and deep back-bends with a new sense of ease. Don’t be scared no matter where you are in your practice you will see the progress after this flow. The mantra that you need to adopt is I CAN. We will have fun with advanced poses and transitions while seeking a higher level of focus and a new sense of mindfulness.

Inverted Tips and Tricks! (2-2.5 hrs)
Getting upside down or inverted in your yoga practice can be full of freedom and fun, but it can also be intimidating. We will teach you how to get upside down and into other fun balance poses that you always dreamed to do but didn’t know really were to start. We will also mix in a bit of partner work to create a connection between all the yogis in the room. This supportive practice is great for students new to the inversions as well as for advanced practitioners looking to expand their skills and explore new approaches to the inverted asanas. Lets have fun and sweat together. all levels are welcome.

About the Instructors: 

Aria Crescendo
I am a musician singer and à yoga teacher. My artistic journey brought me to yoga in early 2000. Being in music and the entertainment industry at a young age I needed to find balance to survive in this world where things are not always that easy so the day I discovered yoga was a bit like a revelation for me. I became obsessed with the practice that kept me balanced and sane and I wanted to share it with the world. Yoga definitely changed my life and I wanted to inspire people to change their lives. Having something in your life that keeps you on track whenever you feel like you are about to lose your mind is important. But I also have yoga by my side in moments of joy where sharing the good energy with other people is just happiness. So I started with Iyengar yoga then had an ashtanga yoga training in Paris while I also worked on TV as a teacher for a big show at that time Star Academy. I wrote two books about yoga “le yoga de ma vie ” and “the healthy book ” and moved to Los Angeles in 2007 where I started to Practice at Yogaworks with such inspiring teachers like Brock Cahill, Krista Cahill , Kathryn Budig, Vinnie Marino and became something like a family member of yogaworks, also getting my certifications there. I moved back to Paris two years ago for music and I also open a yoga studio where I get to practice next to the coolest people in the yoga world like Dice lida-Klein, Briohny Smyth, Dylan Werner, Talia Sutra, Patrick Beach, Jessica Olie, Morgan ( the southern yogi ) YogaBeyond and many more. I ended up in Thailand doing another 300 hour with Bryceyoga. I’m currently Traveling the world at the moment spreading the good vibes through yoga and music.

Gus
I started teaching martial arts and more precisely jujitsu at a young age, martial arts helped me learn the importance of discipline and focus. I traveled a lot around Asia to train and compete and realized that what I enjoyed the most was to meet new people and share my experience with them. I was also a gymnastics instructor and came to yoga about 5 years ago When I met Aria, she introduced me to the practice of yoga and the amazing transformation that followed. A discipline that made my body stronger more flexible but also helped me find balance both mentally and physically. I decide that I wanted to teach yoga and get other people to feel the benefits of this amazing practice. My first Teacher training was with Yogaworks in Los Angeles. My most recent training brought me to Thailand to train alongside Yoga beyond and Bryce yoga. I realized that travel can be one of the most amazing experiences especially when it is with the person you love!
