Vinyasa Series with Bee Bosnak
Cihangir Yoga welcomes Bee Bosnak in a 3 day Vinyasa series. As the creator of Healing Yourself, she invites you to enhance the capacity of your emotional body while exploring the strengths of your physical body in her three day long program between September 21-23. In this program that is tailor made for Cihangir Yoga, each workshop starts with a different vinyasa flow and ends with a different type of meditation practice.

September 21 Thursday, The Flow State
This vinyasa flow will be geared towards the organ closest to your soul, your heart. Chest openers will energize you and leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. The session will be sealed with a heart opening meditation and mantras to access your greatest tool, your voice.
September 22 Friday, Set Yourself Free
Fear is excitement without the breath. In this vinyasa session you will learn to trust your body in a way that will turn your bondage into your breakthrough. The session will begin with pranayama followed by a healing meditation.
September 23 Saturday, Everything is Consciousness
In this vinyasa session, you will tap into understanding that consciousness is nothing more than becoming alert and aware of what needs to penetrate in, and what needs to come out. Class will be sealed with a yoga nidra as we use the koshas to unravel the layers and will conclude with a letting go meditation.
Bee Bosnak is a Turkish native Londoner based in New York City. She brings her love of creativity to life through the teachings of yoga, meditation and energy healing.
