My session focus on how to raise physical awareness, taking the student to their own power, trying to see how to enjoy life.

4- Why I love to practice yoga & pilates?

I guess nothing would ever get me closer to myself. I love it because it teaches me to accept myself as I am, and to love myself and to love life.

I learn best when I share. I love to share it because it facilitates the transformation of one’s life quality and it increases enjoyable moments.
