Yoga is a life long practice that allows me to know myself as a whole, understand the human spirit, and it helps me feel the core of existence.

Because it is an exploration of the deeper levels of the soul.
It helps me pass through my body and feel my true self, makes me feel like I am in balance with myself and with the universe.
5-Why I love to share my yoga knowledge & experience?
With every connection I make, I get to learn new things about humanity, existence and sharing is the best way to learn for me, I love teaching as I am healed through healing others.
