2. What does Yoga mean for me?
For me, yoga is a journey I take towards my true self and a state of being in which it is possible to make the body, mind and the heart congruent and to look unsubtly to what happens at that moment by listening to your inner voice.

Strong, meditative, genuine.
4- Why I love to practice yoga?
Practicing helps me own an insightful and accepting attitude towards myself and the universe and supports me in exploring my inner strengths.
5- Why I love to share my yoga knowledge & experience?
I love sharing tenets of yoga with other people, seeing that they utilise from it and accompanying them in their journey for a while. I also find all of these educatory for my own journey.
