4- Why I love to practice yoga?
Yoga practice makes me feel good. We become aware of our body and breath,we discover our body strength. It is great to be a student at the same time, there are so many things to learn.

5- Why I love to share my yoga knowledge & experience?
I want to share my experiences. I feel very happy at the end of the class when I see smiling faces and shining eyes of the students.
