2. How would you describe your yoga classes?

Yoga classes I teach are classes in which we inquire the sensations that are rising from deep to surface in the body as in the moment as sensative as possible and inquire to be aware of what there is as openly and sincerely as possible and to stay with what we realize.

3. What is spirituality for you?

What is related to life, the nature of life and existence in the indivisible wholeness of totality, I mean everything is spiritual. Spirituality is realizing and feeling the existing oneness, to live the path according to our nature.

4. How do you connect your view of spirituality and teaching yoga?

They are not seperate, they unite. In every aspect of my life, I try to pay attention to be close to my own nature and what there is around. I continue being a student in Advaita path while I teach as well. My students and my classes reflect me the existence and myself. And to offer an invitation to students to inquire to feel their own nature makes yoga an incredible path. To feel the interrelated connection of the parts that seem to be seperate such as breath and movement, mind and breath, muscle and bone that we experience in yoga, reminds us the nature of existence and to share it with students widens the space inside me.

5. How is it to teach yoga in İstanbul?

Whatever happens in life, whatever we feel is happening on the mat as well. Istanbul is a city where variety is in harmony and is a lively, continiously changing city. To share yoga and to share the feelings in our nature with people whom we share the city is a very joyous discovery for me.
