Norman Mailer Cihangir Yoga has been accredited by the Independent Yoga Network as meeting international standards for its teacher training's, retreats and yoga lessons.   Yin Yoga Berivan Aslan Yin Yoga classes are now being taught by Berivan Aslan who aside from completing the Cihangir Yoga teacher training, has just finished a 100 hour Yin Yoga teacher training with Paul Grilley. Yin Yoga is a term coined by Paul Grilley to describe the passive muscle poses in which connective tissue is addressed. İncreasing flexibiilty, Yin postures also stimulate energetic flows. The poses are held passively for 5-10 minutes, allowing for deepening and an energetic meditative quality.
