CY Restorative™️ Intensive is rooted in the understanding that true restoration happens through the intelligent remodeling of fascial tissue. Through active alignment and the therapeutic application of time, sustainable structural change is created in the body.

Using the CY Method Alignment Principles, each posture is built with clarity and precision, allowing gravity, breath, and duration to work together. As fascial tension reorganizes, joint integrity improves and the nervous system naturally down-regulates, restoring energy, strength, and vitality.

This intensive aims to support yoga experts who have completed a 200-hour foundational specialization in safely and confidently integrating CY Restorative™️ into their personal practice or professional sessions. The program counts toward the CY 300-Hour Master Path to Yoga and is eligible for Yoga Alliance YACEP®️ Continuing Education.
