Cihangir Yoga's beloved kids and adolescent yoga expert, Gökçe Akyıldız starts the Kids Yoga Specialization Program again!
The program, whose first module is 40 hours and the second module is 55 hours, aims to train experts who can communicate with children and have the ability to explain yoga poses accurately and effectively with stories and educational games, and is designed to be both theoretical and practical.
It is open to teachers, yoga specialists, parents, anyone who wants to work with children, and wants to take a step towards discovering the child inside.
The first module can be taken alone. However, 2nd module is required to get the 95-Hour Kids Yoga Alliance Certificate.

What is kids yoga and how does it differ from adult yoga?
In yoga sessions where there is no competitive environment, to accurately transfer yoga poses to children and introduce them to yoga;

Important requirements for the program:
Participants who have not graduated from any 200-Hour YA Certified Basic Yoga Specialization Program receive a certificate of participation so that they can work comfortably with children at any institution or school; if you have graduated from any 200 Hour YA Certified Basic Yoga Specialization Program, you can obtain a 40 Hour YA approved (YACEP) certificate.
When full participation in the Specialization Program, homework and internships are completed, the participant can receive the certificate.

Yoga Experts, Mothers, Children Development Students and Graduates, Classroom Teachers, Children and Adolescent Psychologists and Psychiatrists, Physical Education Teachers, it is open to any participant who wants to meet with the child inside.
Prerequisite of the Specialization Program:
Participants are required to have a minimum of 3 Months (Minimum 5-10 Sessions Beginner) yoga experience.
This condition can be completed within one month during or after the Specialization Program.

When two modules are taken together, the total price is 3,550TL.
Young people may feel more stressed because of the great changes brought about by adolescence and the pressure of the education and examination system.
The dilemmas experienced by adolescents, school life, friendship relationships, hormonal changes, the beginning of settling their personalities, the decisions they need to make about their future, especially about their choice in profession, and growing responsibilities are important reasons that increase their stress. Yoga is an effective tool for adolescents & teenagers to cope with the negative effects of stress, anxiety, anger, and fear.
In the second module of this Specialization Program, we will be introduced to the concepts of 'Yoga for Children with Special Needs’ and 'Mindfulness for Children' as well as focusing on the physical, mental, and psychological changes experienced in the youth / adolescence period.

How do I support children in their excitement, anxiety, and stress about exams with proper breathing exercises, breathing techniques, and yoga?

How can I provide individual and social awareness sessions with Yoga?
How do I prepare a session plan?
Games, manual skills, music, etc. to integrate the elements into the session plan.
