We are hosting international yogi Lawrence Jay at our Caddebostan studio for a pop-up class. Lawrence Jay has been teaching for the past 16 years, in Vancouver, Hong Kong, Moscow, Sydney, and now lives and teaches in Bali. He has created an approach that includes Anusara Yoga, Forrest Yoga, Cranial Sacral work and Theatre sports as Major Influences. He is currently Offering teacher trainings in Bali, and promises that his classes are fun, challenging, and memorable.

Love Yourself like your life depended on it - this class will focus on the power of your core, it's connection to your emotions and your physical body. We will explore inversions and backbends.
