Cihangir Yoga Fundamentals of Yin Yoga Specialization Program starts in January with revised content!
Are you ready to get to know yourself better, discover and manifest your potential through Yin Yoga in the journey of physical, mental and emotional integrity?
Shared by Cihangir Yoga’s much loved and experienced experts Can and Şaylan, this program offers a “holistic” approach to yoga awareness through Yin Yoga, emphasizing the common point at the heart of different but complementary yoga styles within Cihangir Yoga.
This specialization program supports the participants to acquire a safe and conscious practice with the Cihangir Yoga Method, which has been created with years of experience.
The participants will learn the history and philosophy of Yin Yoga while they also experience the blending of this information, yin yoga postures, the most up-to-date approaches, practice and passing on methods, supportive breathing and meditation techniques, and the concept of mindfulness.

Price: Early bird price for the program is 6,400TL’dir. ( Early bird advantage is valid until November 15, 2019 and only for cash and one time credit card payments). For registrations after November 15, 2019 price is 7,100 TL and this amount can be paid in 3 installments with credit cards.
Since the 180-hour part of this 200-hour program includes one-to-one work with experts, participants will be able to receive full support from experts as well as find confidence and inspiration for the transformations they want to achieve. The program also includes 10 observation classes, 10 hours of homework and reading.
