In Ayurveda, autumn is known as the Vata season, a time when dryness in the body, restlessness in the mind, and energetic fatigue may increase.
During this period, it becomes essential to slow down, ground, and reconnect to center.
This yoga practice invites the body to ground and the mind to settle, guiding us gently back to our center.
It focuses on feeling the connection between the feet and the earth, transforming that connection into a sense of inner strength and balance.
The flow builds gradually in rhythm with the breath, deepening through postures that strengthen the relationship between the feet and the glutes.
Following the breathwork, the class transitions into a sound meditation, inviting inner stillness and renewal through the energy of the water element.
The vibration field created by Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drums, and the human voice aligns with brain waves, opening space for deep meditation.
Within this field, each participant experiences their own state of rest, awareness, and balance.
