Why do I love practicing yoga?
Strength, flexibility and creating space with awareness… Because it makes me discover that I am above and beyond my body and mind. Yoga is my therapy and life style not only pysically but also with the breathing exercises and meditation.
Why do I love sharing my yoga knowledge & experience?
Each body is different, each person is unique. Yoga teaches me over and over again how to become "one" despite all the differences.
