Why do I love practicing yoga?
I love to practice pilates and yoga because it helps me connect to my body, my breath, and my inner energy while making me feel strong.
Why do I love sharing my yoga knowledge & experience?
I feel happy when I see people feel strong and thus improve their quality of life. I love learning with them.
