About the Expert
What does yoga mean to me?
The state of seeing black and white not separately, but as a whole. A journey of sensing existence more deeply, drawing closer to oneself and the whole.
These three words best describe my yoga session:
Alive – Conscious – Compassionate
Why do I love practicing yoga?
I love this space because it allows me to see things as they are and to accept what I see. I love staying in the practice of being more open, conscious, and compassionate with myself.
Why do I love teaching yoga sessions so much?
Because every class is a learning moment. It's not just about imparting knowledge, but about learning and transforming together. I relearn as I share what I've learned; being able to accompany someone else on their inner journey is both an honoring and educational experience.
