In The Master Therapeutics Intensive with Chris Chavez, you will learn how to apply the CY Method principles to work with misalignments and injuries. You will also learn fascia basics, trigger point release and how to perform a therapeutic session with a student.
In The Master Physical Adjustment Intensive, you will use the skills learned in The Master Therapeutics Intensive to master the art of hands-on assists and manual adjustments.
This is one training that every yoga teacher needs to have and is part of the CY 300 Hour Master Path to Yoga.
