Yin Yoga is a yoga discipline serving to find balance by slowing down in this fast-flowing life and a complementary of dynamic yang practice.
At this program constructed based on Cihangir Yoga Method with many years of experience, the attendees will learn about the history and the philosophy of Yin Yoga, and experience the aggregation of this knowledge, yin yoga poses, practices, teaching methods, supporting breath and meditation techniques and mindfulness concept with the most recent approaches.
