Anyone who wishes to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and bring a practice into their life that nurtures both body and soul can join. Beyond being a training structured around yoga practice, it is also an inner journey.
Those who complete the program can integrate yoga into their lives through the experiences gained and the awareness developed. They learn to relate the approaches explored during the program to everyday life and often take meaningful steps toward personal transformation. In addition, participants are entitled to receive a Certificate of Participation aligned with Yoga Alliance standards, and they develop a solid foundation and approach that enables them to share Yin Yoga in a qualified and conscious way across different countries and contexts.
The program covers the foundations and principles of Yin Yoga, as well as balancing yang flows, yoga philosophy, meditation, breathing practices, fascia and meridian theory, chakras, comprehensive anatomy education, nervous system theory to support the practices, and the embodiment of non-judgmental awareness and compassion through physical practice. It also explores how all of these elements relate to life and how they can be integrated into daily living.
In this program, you gain a strong anatomy awareness that can serve as a foundation for all yoga styles. This approach helps individuals recognize their own unique physical characteristics and apply yoga practice with respect for differences. Balancing yang flows for Yin Yoga, chakra meditation techniques, and pranayama practices are included.
This program is a foundational yoga training conducted in alignment with Yoga Alliance standards.
