Kirtan and Satsang with Swami Keshava
November 16, Sunday, CY Local Cihangir
13:00–15:00
Kirtan is an interactive form of meditation where you open yourself to the eternal vibration of love through Sanskrit mantras and music.
Kirtanabhakti is a joyful and beautiful practice from the yoga tradition that cultivates a sense of unity. It is not a performance—it is a shared experience of joy, meditation, and community. No prior experience is necessary; you can simply listen, absorb, or add your voice to the collective vibration.
In today’s hyperconnected world, silence has become a rare luxury. We are surrounded by messages, notifications, and digital noise constantly pulling our attention away from the most important conversation of all—the one we have with ourselves.
How can we cultivate inner stillness in an age where the talking never stops?
Join Swami Keshava, a Hindu monk from Germany, for a profound and timely talk on the spiritual and psychological challenges of introspection in the age of communication. Drawing from ancient Hindu wisdom and his own monastic experience, Swami Keshava will explore how we can reconnect with our inner voice, embrace conscious silence, and rediscover the transformative power of self-awareness.
Whether you are on a spiritual path, seeking mental clarity, or simply looking for a moment of peace in your busy life, this session offers valuable insights and practical tools to help you move through the modern world with greater presence and purpose.
