Why do I love practicing pilates?
Because it helps me to see my own potential and at the same time enjoy myself while I’m strengthening my body.
Why do I love sharing my pilates knowledge & experience?
I love it because I can share the things I know and my experiences with everyone around me while I’m ‘being’ exactly in that moment.
