Cihangir Yoga presents The Chris Chavez 200 Hours Path To Yoga, starting September 11, 2020.
With fresh energy and a new approach, for the first time, Chris, head teacher and partner of CY, will be offering his program in our Caddebostan studio to a limited number of students PLUS Live Stream which will be a rare opportunity for those living abroad or who are unable to attend in person.
The Chris Chavez Path to Yoga is offered in two separate and sequential stages. These stages are a unique opportunity to radically expand your practice, transform your understanding of alignment and find your true voice- both on and off the mat.
PLEASE NOTE that in cases that meeting in the studios will not be possible, for reasons that are beyond CY, the training meetings will be held online.
