September 27-28, 2025, CY Caddebostan + CY Online
Hours :13.00-18.00

The difference that sets yoga apart from any other exercise system lies in its holistic approach. A Yoga practitioner incorporates attention and awareness into their physical practice. They apply the knowledge they've gained about yoga philosophy and teachings both on and off the mat in their daily lives.
As yoga teachers, our role in classes is not only to give physical commands but also to impart knowledge about yoga philosophy and attitude to students, to provide reminders throughout the class, and to awaken awareness that integrates with the physical practice.
This training is prepared to provide yoga teachers with a variety of tools to help them design and convey the teachings of the class. As a yoga teacher, you will learn:
• How to convey the teachings according to the CY method throughout the class.
• Which physical themes can complement which kind of teachings?
• How to utilize both ancient and modern sources according to your interests.
• How to benefit from various storytelling and presentation techniques.
• Rhetorical and persuasive methods according to Aristotle's Ethos, Pathos, and Logos.
• How to inspire others with examples from your own life.
• What are the narrator archetypes are and how to determine which archetype reflects your subjective style, and how to create your own voice using these archetypes.
Part of CY 300 Master Path to Yoga. Open to curious yoga students as well.
