The pelvis-chin connection constitutes one of the body's most fundamental orbits, the importance of which is frequently emphasized by kinesiology professionals.
Scientific research has also demonstrated that pelvic mobility, restricted by tension, stress, and postural habits, paves the way for functional problems such as jaw clenching, teeth grinding, and jaw contraction.
In this pop-up event, we will explore the organic connection between the two poles of the spine through hip mobility, the role of the nervous system in this connection, and the function of the orbit extending from the pelvic floor to the jaw using holistic methods.
We will focus on the following topics:
• The neuromuscular relationship between the pelvis and jaw
• Releasing muscle tension with deep fascial relaxation techniques
• The role of the vagus nerve through flow combined with craniosacral exercises
The event is suitable for participants with intense physical activity, as well as those with desk jobs and sedentary lifestyles.
You are invited to this journey of discovery, where breath and movement open up a space to realign the body between two polarities.
