Our guest in the studio, expert Furkan Varol, has been involved in Yoga, Handstand, Stretching, and Tango for over 10 years. For the past 7 years, he has been offering both offline and online programs in these fields.
This practice will introduce the principles of leg stretching and backbends, focusing primarily on powerful and dynamic poses. It will also include long-muscle stretching and strengthening techniques, as well as techniques for strengthening short muscle groups.
