What does Yoga mean to me?
To bond, to realize, to be open.

Watching your breath,your sensations,your capacity to be open to the present moment, flowing,creative,an invitation to freedom.
Why do I love practicing yoga?
This is a practice of becoming more honest with myself and I enjoy feeling my body in action, exploring its boundaries and realizing that they are changing each moment.
Why do I love sharing my yoga knowledge & experience?
Sharing what is precious to me makes me grow, educates me in each new moment.
