Yoga is an endless process of exploration to me, a fascinating body-mind-spirit-breath harmony.

Why do I love practicing yoga?
Because it empowers and deepens the connection to myself and supports me to look at each moment with an open heart in my relation to myself.
Why do I love sharing my yoga knowledge & experience?
In this journey of discovery, practicing with different bodies and energies, sharing, being aware and raising awareness, being ‘in the moment’; shortly experiencing this process together makes me happy.
