About the Expert

What does yoga mean to me?

It is an inner practice that improves my outlook on life, my way of living, understands myself and my environment, and supports me in adapting.

Three words best describe my yoga session:

Aware, fun, challenging

Why do I love doing yoga?

As I deepened in practice, in the body and mind, strengthened my bond, I began to see more clearly my reactions to what I experienced in daily life, to what happened to me, in the light of the emotions that arose and the results of these. It is the practice of seeing and accepting things as they are. Besides all these, I try to enjoy a strong, flexible and free body.

Why do I love giving yoga sessions so much?

In the light of my confidence in the transformation and healing process that I went through as a "wounded" youth both physically and mentally, I decided to become a trainer at the point where I said "this is an incredible practice and I believe I have a role in conveying this to people". I can't tell you the joy I get from sharing my practice, I'm trying to enjoy it.
