What does Yoga mean to me?
For me Pilates is a basic, supportive and safe working system that encourages the development and the discovery of bodily potentials for the development of power, flexibility and coordination.
Three words that describe my session:
Strengthening the mind-body connection, empowering, pleasant.
Why do I love practicing yoga?
Pilates enables me to breathe and act harmoniously, this harmony helps to create a more aware, strong, durable and flexible body. These physical gains give the opportunity to reflect those gains into the mental and spiritual body.
Why do I love sharing my yoga knowledge & experience?
It is a really exciting thing to share the experience starting with the power and awareness of finding the right posture and witnessing the process of change and development reflected in relationships with themselves and with their surroundings. It’s great to get inspired and to inspire!
