Animal Spirit Flow is a transformative practice that combines the traditional influence of yoga with a modern, energetic, and fun approach, infused with the spirit of the forest. Animal movement patterns improve functional strength, flexibility, and mobility, while enhancing brain-body connectivity, balance, and coordination.
Participants embark on a joyful journey of discovery as they mimic the quadrupedal movements of animals such as lions, panthers, crocodiles, gorillas, and chimpanzees. Their childlike nature reduces stress levels and accelerates learning.
They prepare for more complex yoga poses and can more easily enter into intimidating poses, such as inversions and balancing poses.
