This is a creative flow-based approach where mobility transitions used in the Budokon system are combined with Budokon yoga poses to support each other.
Body awareness, coordination, control, and fluidity are the areas the workshop will support.
This workshop will examine the principles of mobility and transitions, as well as the poses and transitions of Budokon Yoga. This will explore how poses and transitions can be connected to each other.
Suitable for participants of all levels and disciplines, this workshop will also include information on flow preparation and creativity.

We will explore animal movements and movement fundamentals, which the Budokon system highlights in the world of movement and have inspired many different systems and studies, and we will explore different ways to move the body on all four legs. We will examine movement patterns, logic, and how to use them.
We'll explore what we can do to increase the connection between the lower and upper body, and how this impacts the way we move and, consequently, our lives. It's suitable for anyone of all levels and disciplines who enjoys movement and wants to improve their movement style.
