Intro to Yoga Philosophy with İrem Güneş – Live Stream

There is a deep philosophy behind yoga. In this program consisting of 5 meetings, you will deepen your awareness of your body and mind in the light of yoga philosophy and modern science.

You will be exploring how you can use the wisdom that was offered thousands of years ago in your life today.

We will support what you have learned with different practices such as writing, asana, breathing and meditation. There will be time for questions, answers and conversations at each meeting.

Open to all levels of participants. It is enough to be curious about Yoga and Yoga tradition.
