In this practice, yoga postures will be explored with a more refined approach, paying close attention to subtle sensations, while the importance of movement and body perception in somatic experience will be examined through its theoretical foundations.
Through breathwork that applies integrated techniques focused on dynamic breathing, we will explore the relationship between the nervous system and the regulation of emotions and thoughts.
This practice, where somatization will be experienced through both individual and partner-based exercises, centers on conscious awareness and the principles through which body practices create change in the mind and nervous system.
You will embark on a journey toward building the muscle–mind connection through a nervous-system-repair-focused somatic experience and a gentle flow practice.
