Why do I love practicing pilates?
To be fully present...thanks to pilates I can practice it everyday. Mindfulness is something we all naturally possess but forget to use in this stressful world. It’s more readily available to us when we practice on a daily basis. To be fully present, aware of where we are, and what we are doing. Each pilates session gives me the chance to practice mindfulness.
Why do I love sharing my pilates knowledge & experience?
Pilates gives me the chance to train with diverse range of people because it offers something for everyone, no matter what your fitness level. Pilates is a fantastic base for all forms of movement in addition to being a perfect standalone exercise program. Once you understand how to move and how to remain in control not only do you look and feel better, but all forms of exercise and movement become easier.
