Why I love to practice yoga and pilates?
I love it because it consists of moments when I discover my boundaries, my body, mind and emotions, approach myself and the source, and feel my life energy.
Why I love to share my yoga and pilates knowledge & experience?
The bodies, the emotions, challenging poses, or enjoyable poses are different for everyone. I love to create and strengthen appropriate awareness spaces and centering for all.
