In this workshop, we will experience the Five Element approach in a holistic framework, which helps to rebalance emotional, mental, and physical worlds and creates space for returning to one’s own rhythm, center, and inner harmony.
According to Chinese traditions, everything in nature is made up of different combinations of the Earth–Metal–Water–Wood–Fire elements. Seasons and life cycles influence the reflections of these elements within us: sometimes energy rises and flows outward, sometimes it withdraws; sometimes the need for grounding and digestion comes to the forefront, while at other times emotional fluctuations become more prominent.
In this workshop, we will explore the elements through meridians and acupressure in an understandable way and experience this knowledge in the body through yoga, breathwork, and meditation.
