According to Ayurveda, autumn is considered the Vata season — a time dominated by the elements of air and ether (space).

This period may increase feelings of dryness, restlessness, and fatigue in the body. That’s why grounding, slowing down, and conserving energy become essential.

This yoga practice is an invitation to reconnect with the earth and return to our center by calming the mind. It slows the body, regulates the nervous system, and balances both body and mind. With breath, contact with the ground, and awareness of muscle and fascia, a downward flow of energy is supported.

This process of reconnecting with the body’s roots culminates in a sound meditation session that guides us into deep inner silence and a space of renewal represented by the kidney meridian.

In the Sound Meditation guided by psychologist and sound healing practitioner Ayça Erdem, a vibrational field created with Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drums, and the human voice harmonizes with brainwaves to induce a deep meditative state.
