“Real connection starts with opening space for our own hearts.”
According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, summer is represented by the fire element. The organ of this element, the heart, is not only the home of our body but also our soul.
The balance of the heart forms the basis for inner peace, openness, joy and sincere relationships with others.
In this special yoga practice, we aim to balance the intense and outgoing nature of summer, establish a heart-to-heart connection, open up with love and regulate our nervous system.
What does this practice include?
– Asanas that stimulate the heart and small intestine meridians,
– Increasing deep breathing capacity with poses that open the chest,
– Fire element flow that establishes the balance of yin and yang,
– Slowing down and turning inward for nervous system regulation,
– Guided meditation with themes of love and compassion.
Anyone who wants to explore life from the heart, balance the fire energy of summer and increase inner warmth with love can participate.
