This pop-up practice is a holistic work that aims to provide purification, balance and renewal for both your body, mind and energy system.
In this practice based on the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, we will proceed through the Five Elements that represent the cycle of nature: Wood (liver-gallbladder), Fire (heart-small intestine), Earth (spleen-stomach), Metal (lung-large intestine) and Water (kidney-bladder). We will focus on balancing the Qi flow in the body with breathwork, soft movements and acupressure applications targeting specific meridian lines prepared according to the elements. In this way, the functioning of your internal organs will be supported, your nervous system will relax and you will be able to establish a deeper connection with your energetic body.
It is suitable for all levels and is especially ideal for those who want to establish a soft but deep contact with their body.
This practice is an invitation for everyone who wants to leave the fatigue brought by city life behind, re-root and recover their inner energy. Come as you are; listen to your body, your breath and the cycle of nature.
